Caribou County Fair

It's time for the Caribou County Fair!! I took my three nephews and
Isabella to Grandma Darlene's house for the week.
We arrived just in time for McCoy and Wes to sell their sheep. $500 and $550!! not bad for a summer's work for my two cute brothers.

Wednesday was kids day so we set out to look at what they had going on. Grandma and Grandpa Perry, Grandma Darlene and me and the kids started out on our journey.

We found the 'bean'box and stayed there for quite some time.

Of course the boys of all ages loved it!

They hogged it!

They had the kids parade, free cake for 100 years of 4-H, and a magic show. By 3pm we were all pooped and headed home for a nap and to get out of the heat.

Thursday we stayed at Grandma Darlene's for the day to relax and let the kids play.

Isa and Kord had a blast playing the water.

Splish, Splash!!

Kord washing a bike because he kept trying to get Isabella!

Yeeeehaaa

Caleb, Aaron and Lynzi came down Friday

That night was pig wrestling... Caleb thought it was soo funny!

Saturday we watched the hypnotist, parade and demolition derby!

The crowd for the parade

Carson and Barrett ready to catch candy

Grandma Darlene took Isa for us so we had a date!
Such a fun night to get our hick on!

Idaho Falls Trip

Thanks to Caleb's work, we had quite the day in Idaho Falls. First we stopped by the zoo for a work party. Barbecue and free give a ways, couldn't be better!

Caleb's favorite part... the petting zoo.
He had to get some treats to feed them.
Maybe one day he'll have a zoo of his own!!

This guy was my favorite! Rather have one of these than a dog!!

After the zoo we bummed around town until the baseball game.
Isa's first game, maybe she'll pay attention when's she's older.

Caleb and I had a good time though.

Love weekends and day trips with our family!!

A Day at the Park

I decided to take Isabella and my nephews to the park for a day to get out of the house and have some fun. We went to Brooklyn's playground. This is not any old regular playground. It is handicap accessible and has different areas for each age group... totally awwwesome!! Carson and Barrett took off and did their own thing, which was totally fine with me, so Isabella, Kord and I set off to play.

We stopped at the swings first. This was Isa's first time, and she loved it!! Smiling and laughing the whole time. I can't wait to take her back.

Loving every little bit

One, two, three, underdog!!

Pushing two little kiddos, having a great time

Being a pretty hot day we didn't stay too long but we all loved getting out of the house and having a good time at the park.

Isa's First Day at the Pool

Finally took Isa to the pool! It was mid 90s and a perfect day to go to Ross Park.Caleb was at work, but he doesn't like the heat too much, so I didn't feel bad we went without him. We started out on the lazy river. I was a little nervous at first but she did great! Then we headed to the kiddy pool. The water gradually went from one inch to a foot and a half. I plopped her down so her legs were covered and she had a blast! I don't think she stopped splashing for 10 minutes. Then she was onto all fours trying to crawl.

We took a break for lunch, she opted for the grapes in her little gizmo. That kept her busy while I ate my sandwich and then she was out!

Recharged and ready to go, we were ready to take on the big pool. It was chilly at first but after warming up she was like a fish in there.

I'm kind of sad I waited to take her to the pool but cant' wait to go again!

Daddy Time

Isabella's face just lights up when Caleb walks through the door from work. Even though she likes mom the most, she seems to like dad too :)

She still loves her cartoons, English and Italian

When we aren't home, Caleb is a pro at getting her to sleep. What a great dad!!

Can't forget the cats. Shirley Q likes to snuggle up and make sure she's not forgotten.

Isa was having fun pulling at everything.

Saying Goodbye to Lik Lik and Family

Linzy and Cody are moving to Minnesota. We headed down to Park City to say good bye for a while. Cody had already left, but Linzy, Londyn and Jackson were at the Coonradt's house.

We spent most of Saturday afternoon hanging out and playing. Carla (Cody's mom) had plenty of fun toys that Isa thought she would taste test to make sure they all tasted good.

Aunt Linzy got plenty of loves in for the future.

Lizard hunting! I started out helping them, but after running into the stairs,
I stayed on the sidelines the rest of the time.

Cousin time!

Caleb met up with some Italians downtown Sunday afternoon. Isabella and I found
the only cow there, she was having a good time riding on it.

One last picture. We will definitely miss being able to jump in the car and go visit.
Now they will just be a plane ride away.
